Flight Loss
If you miss a flight due to delay or any other issue related to your reservation, contact the airline or service provider as soon as possible. Compensation and refund policies for missed flights vary by airline and specific circumstances.
Ecovoy is not responsible for refunds or compensation for flight tickets that were not linked or booked directly through our platform. All claims must be made directly with the airline or responsible service provider.
If you miss a flight, most airlines offer the possibility to change the flight to a new date, subject to availability and additional fees. Contact the airline directly to discuss your options.

6. Transaction History
The transaction history made through Ecovoy will be available for consultation in the user dashboard for a limited period. See the details below:
- Availability Period: The transaction history will be available for a period of 12 months from the date of the transaction. After this period, the transaction details will be archived and no longer directly accessible from the user dashboard.
- Request for Archives: If you need access to archived transactions, please contact customer support to request a copy of the history. Note that the retrieval of archived data may be subject to administrative fees and additional processing time.
- User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to keep their own records of transactions, especially for accounting and compliance purposes. Ecovoy is not responsible for the loss of access to the transaction history after the availability period.
- Privacy and Security: All transactions are recorded and stored in accordance with our privacy and data security policies. Only authorized users will be able to access the transaction history.
